"So upset have been waitng on my glasses that cost over $200 since i orederd them on aug 16, it is now october 11... nobody wants to email me back nobody wants to answer the phones and when i got someone on the phone they hung up i called back no answer i just want some help i trusteed this website and spent all my money on glassses that i really needed and i have nothing. never again i wouldnt wish this on anyone"

"I ordered replacement lenses on 9/28. Ship time was 3-5 business days. I spent all last week checking the mail waiting for my lenses to arrive. on 10/8 I received an e-mail notification that my lenses had just been SHIPPED. Nobody contacted me last week at all to tell me that the ship time would be longer than the estimated ship time of 4 business days. I called to ask for a refund and to cancel the shipment and they told me that the cancellation would cost $35 and said it was company policy. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the lady that barely spoke english told me she was the supervisor. I informed her that we all report to somebody and I would like to speak to her manager. She would not let me go above her to talk to anybody and claimed that they followed their policy and I'd have to pay the cancellation fee. I hung up very frustrated and upset. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. AWFUL SERVICE and WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"This was my first dealing with Shades Emporium and certainly won't be my last. Their choice of shades is great and so are their prices. I was very pleasantly surprised when my brand new Ray Bans arrived in less than a week to Switzerland. Glasses arrived fully packed and exactly as I had hoped them to be. Thank you Shades Emporium!"

"I ordered sunglasses from Shades Emporium.

They responded to my order by telling me that the item was on special order (already) and that it would not be available for 3 - 4 weeks, and did I want to wait. I said yes, but shortly thereafter I called them and cancelled the order.

They told me then (for the first time) that they had to charge me $35 cancellation fee. If they had told me there would be such a fee when they asked me if I wanted to wait, I would have declined to wait.

This was sneaky and underhanded.

I wish there was a way I could spread this information.

"I got my glasses just in time for my family vacation in Sanibel Florida and loved the product and service so much that I had to go out of my way to write this review while I was here at the beach. The selection of designers was the best that I have ever seen and the prices were unbeatable. My Dior glasses are just what I wanted and never thought I could get them for the price that I did. I would definitely recommend this site for anyone looking for designer glasses at an affordable price."

"I am quite happy with these guys.
I bought a pair of sunglasses end of June and got them at home perfectly. I understand sometimes packages can be delayed because of the stock, but this is the second time I order and they have always been great.
Sunglasses are real, high quality, the same I would get in the store but with lower price. Just order them with time and you'll be 100% satisfied.

"THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN. I waited almost a month for my frames to arrive, although on the website they claim that it would take 3-5 business days to process. If that were the case, I would have received them in about 10 business days, not more than 20!! The WORST PART is that I left messages and sent emails, and received no call back and no explanation as to why I had to wait so long. You can NEVER get through on their 800 number to a human being or receive a call back. This site is also known as Frames Broker and Shades Broker and Frames Emporium -- same idiots."

"The WORST! Why have a phone number at all? NOT a single sole ever answers, nor returns voice messages. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I had called right after I made my purchase well within business hours to ask a simple question, and nobody answered the phone, EVER. Tried contacting thru the live chat, OFF LINE… of course. I assumed (since i have been burned before) that this was a fake business and called and cancelled my order immediately, on a voicemail none the less. Not a single response until weeks later, voila an email with my shipping information. Unbelievable. When I emailed and finally got a response, they information was vague, not helpful & roundabout everything I had needed. I'm pretty sure they were auto-responses, seeing as I don't think any real person could be so null and void with interaction, and shocker, nobody ever left a name. NON EXISTENT customer service. I'm furious I have to give them even 1 star. The great prices are no match for being left in the lurches.

Ken here from Jackson, NJ. I must admit that I was a little scared to order from Shades Emporium due to some of the reviews on the site. It seems that only those with bad experiences take the time to leave a review. However, I just wanted to mention that I had a wonderful shopping experience with Shades Emporium. Not only were they the cheapest prices for the pair of genuine Ray Ban's I was looking for, I places my order on a Saturday, received shipping confirmation email on the following Wednesday, then received the sunglasses two days later, on Friday. Hope this helps!

"Stay away from this seller, I am very dissatisfied with their customer service, you never get to actually talk to anyone, they will never answer the phone and the girl Stacey, that you get on the live chat is a robot!!!Always the same answer..
I finally got my glasses, but guess what, not the ones I ordered. They used the old bait and switch.I don't ever want to deal with these people again, so I am trying to sell them to someone to recoup my money.
I give them 2 thumbs down.They get one star only because their is no zero star!!!
