"Initially I ordered a dress form on 5/14/16. After a few days, I received 2 messages. !st message stated it was on back ordered. 2nd message stated that my credit card account would not be charged because it would take longer to get the product. However, once the form would come in, it would be processed again and sent out and to call if I wanted to change anything. I did not call back because I wanted the form. I appreciated the messages. On 5/27/2016 I received an email telling me about the sale on dress forms. I did not receive a email or message stating the dress form would be sent out to me. I called customer service and had to re-order the dress form again. When messages are left, someone should make sure the messages are correct. I will still order from Sewing Machines Plus. I think it is good company."
