Had a little trouble with the CS lady giving my information, nothing serious just double checking everything to make sure it was correct(They had the wrong address on the invoice after the order was placed which was easily fixed before the order shipped). "I was a little reluctant to order from them at first because they had no reviews on this site. But since they were the only company who had the product I needed that I could find, I took the chance anyway. I purchased a Chenbro RM313 rackmount chassis from them 2 days ago. To my surprise, it was waiting for me when I got home this evening! I live in the same state as them so it would make sense, except I never received a shipment notice. In fact, the status of my order is still "Pending" on their website. Overall the experience was good and I will be ordering my next rackmount chassis from them. My only complaint was the lack of shipment information, but since my order arrived sooner than expected, I am more than happy."
