"Ordered a server for an urgent requirement on Wed Morning. Was promised next day delivery. Rang the next day and was told that it had not been dispatched but would be dispatched that day. Rang the next day Friday and was told that it had not left on Thursday but was told that it been dispatched at 1340 Friday for arrival on Monday.
Their prices may be OK but you can not rely on them."

Ordered a printer from them. Money taken from card, received invoice and two days later received a despatch confirmation for the printer.
They then called me and informed me of a pricing error and that they wouldn't supply me the printer for that price. (The pricing error was not obvious as they were only a little cheaper than elsewhere).
As per their own terms and conditions the despatch confirmation meant the order should have been fulfilled at the original price as the contract was binding at the point of despatch. At worst this is a breach of contract and at best they just lie about when they despatch items.
Will never consider ordering from them again."
"Do not do business with this supplier. Here's a typical story. after buying 3 servers, 2 more servers came with defective memory, which a simple memtest detected. This made us distrustful of their 'burn-in' procedure. Another server had a defective motherboard. Additionally, they forgot to put in a CD-ROM drive. Upon request they sent us the wrong CD-ROM. We had to continuously bug them to take our complains seriously. Finally, one box they shipped had a problem which we could not diagnose, but kept crashing. They made is jump through many hoops before allowing us to return it. Upon return they did not exchange the computer, but 'tested it' again and send it back. Since we recorded the serial numbers we knew they didn't do anything. Finally they agreed to send us a new computer. It has now been over 6 weeks and we've been waiting for a replacement. One 'problem' after another - UPS is late, motherboard not working, etc etc etc.
Do not deal with these people. They just put together supermicro boxes. There are tons of other identical shops out there, use them. "
