DO NOT BUY FROM THEM VERY SHADY

"I needed a backup drive immediately. I ordered this AND PAID with next day business morning shipping. I called today to check on shipping and was told I would not receive it for 2 days. No explanation just kept saying 2 days 2 days no matter how I asked what about the next day shipping. I asked for her to cancel the shipping and she said she would. I said I will wait on the phone while you do it. I didn't trust her so I waited. She came back and thenI was then transferred to a RUDE MANAGER NAMED SAM. I asked what was going on. I was told that it was sent via 2 day from another distributor and it could not be canceled. So the plan was I was first going to be charged for next business morning overnight and not receive it for 2 days regular ground shipping. And the woman I spoke to straight out lied to me that she would cancel an order she knew she could not cancel. I asked the manager why I would be lied to and he asked me why I would be rude? Yup! I am rude because I want to know why I was charged hundreds of dollars for shipping for an item that would only cost them - like what $20? Then I was lied to when I was told it would be canceled and my card credited. So my choices are shut my mouth and they will credit me the overnight shipping (should have been done automatically but I guess I have to ask for something like honest business practices) or I refuse delivery when it arrives. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. FIND SOMEONE ELSE"

Poor Customer Service

"We emailed to confirm availability. We called to confirm parts would ship immediately or the following day. The Representative on the phone checked and confirmed products would ship next day.

Three days later, I had to follow-up to ask for tracking. The following morning I receive an email from Server Parts Warehouse cancelling my order???? According to the email, the parts failed quality testing. I understand parts not passing quality testing, but the lack of customer service is inexcusable.

I would not recommend Server Parts Warehouse.

received alternative and paid for original

"I paid for original D-Link print server $199.00 dollars to received an alternative "aftermarket" print server. I called them and they say that d-link is not longer available in the market.
My question is why did they invoice me for an NEW D-Link DP301PPLUS DP-301P+ Fast Ethernet Print if is not longer available.

Broken parts in stock

"Needed a specific part, they had it listed on their website as in stock. Emailed them before ordering specifically asking if it was in stock, was told that it is but it is used, but works fine. That was OK with me so I placed the order. The next week, I am told the order was cancelled because the part "does not work". Spoke to the service rep who reiterated that they found the part did not work. I asked if they really stock broken parts, he said "Did you not hear me? That's correct." That's enough reason to never buy anything from them. Waste of my time."

Customer Service Disconnect & Lost Business

"After our I/T office called this supplier regarding a specific server motherboard this supplier had "In Stock" on their web site, they were abrupt and discourteous after being told that it wasn't in stock. Telling a supplier that products that are not in stock shouldn't be shown as in stock, potential customers should not be hung up on. Extremely rude customer service leads to lost customers."

That was quick.

"A new TV monitor for our living room was long overdue. I knew most online marketplaces hold some sort of promos around Black Friday so I waited. When the day arrived I quickly went online to look for the best deals. I found Server Parts Warehouse and all their computer and electronics related items were on sale. I found a really sweet TV monitor and wasted no time and ordered it immediately. The representative was quite cheerful and everything went smoothly, or so I thought.

I received an email the following morning notifying me that my order was voided. I called SPW to ask why and the representative told me that their Black Friday sale was so successful their servers couldn’t handle the traffic and that my order must have been voided due to a glitch caused by an overload in the system. He apologized and requested that I wait while he checks what happened. 1 or 2 minutes later, he apologized again and told me that my order has been restored and that I will still be awarded with the discount.

The product arrived 2 days later and it was perfect. Looks like Server Parts Warehouse will be my new online shopping destination.

Always willing to help.

"I was in the process of upgrading my gaming rig. I’ve recently replaced my motherboard, CPU, and RAM. Next in line was the graphics card so I browsed around the internet looking for options until I finally made my choice. Unfortunately, it seems that the graphics card that I want won’t fit with my computer case. I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to computer cases so I had zero idea how to choose one. In the end, I decided to phone a friend and call Server Parts Warehouse.

Myca answered the call so I told her about my predicament. She asked me about my current setup, the graphics card I was planning to purchase, and all other parts I am planning to replace. She took notes and then put me on hold for a couple of minutes. When she came back she told me about a tower casing she recommends. She told me to research about the product online first before making the decision and that she will wait for me. So I checked a few product pages and read and reviews and decided to go through with the purchase. Myca assisted me until the purchase is complete.

I will definitely get all the remaining upgrade parts my rig needs from SPW.

Customers’ Interest First

"I am slowly upgrading my desktop’s system unit. I’m doing it one part at a time because I’m short on finances at the moment. I’ve already upgraded my motherboard and CPU so the next thing I want to replace is my graphics card. I called my trusty supplier Server Parts Warehouse. A chill sounding lady named Piper picked up. I told her my story and the item I plan on buying. She asked me if it was okay if I told her about my current rig and what I want it to be capable of once the upgrade is complete. I said yes and told her everything.

Piper took a short pause and then told me that there is a particular graphics card that I might want to look at. So I told her to wait while a check and to my surprise, her recommendation can do just as much as my choice while being around 15% cheaper. I thanked her and immediately placed my order.

I appreciate that Piper could have just sold me what I chose to get the call over with but she still opted to extend the call by a couple of minutes by presenting me a better alternative.

Dependable business partner.

"I’ve recently started a small transcription company with 10 employees. We aren’t operating at a loss but still don’t earn enough to hire a full time tech guy. Some friends say it’s a miracle my company has survived for 6 months without a technician. I have Server Parts Warehouse to thank for it. I get all my networking components from SPW and their product support is amazing. Whenever there is an issue with my network, I just call them and they would tell me how to fix the problem. Just last week, we had an issue with our internet connection so as always I called SPW for help. I got connected with Roy and he walked me through some trial and error. It took almost 90 minutes before we managed to isolate and solve the problem. What other company has customer service agents who will stay on the line with you for 90 minutes even if you aren’t even calling because you want to buy something?

SPW’s product support is simply outstanding. Pair that with their good products, fair pricing, and on time delivery and there is nothing more you can ask for. If you haven’t tried shopping at SPW yet, you are missing out.

This is what customer service should be like.

"Call me old fashioned by I am one of those guys who prefer going to the shop and looking at the products myself. There no greater assurance that a product you’ve seen up front and who’s box you’ve held with your own hands. That said, the appliance store I’ve been frequenting has recently closed down so I had no choice but to start learning to shop online. Our house is in need of a new TV monitor so I called my son and asked him to recommend some online stores. He told me to check out Server Parts Warehouse so I did. The website was huge and there was some kind of Thanksgiving promotion going on. I barely know how to navigate a website so I just dialed their toll free number and prayed that they would at least have tolerable customer service.

To my surprise, the representative I spoke too sounded very nice and cheerful. She entertained all of my questions and even gave me some advice on which product I should choose. She also gave me pointers on how I can get the best deals. I was pleasantly surprised and placed my order immediately. SPW is my new go-to online shop.

I’ve never experienced product support this good.

"My bestf riend was leaving to work abroad soon so he left me his pc, well most of it at least. I got the monitor and system unit so immediately went online to look for a keyboard, a mouse, and a headset to complete the set. After deciding which ones I want, I called to Server Parts Warehouse to check if they have them on stock. Fortunately, they did so I placed the order and the package arrived on time as always.

So I hooked them up and went on to test my new desktop system. Everything went well at first but then I started having troubles with the mouse and keyboard. Both of them would at times be unresponsive. I rebooted the system to try and tinker with the BIOS. While in BIOS mode both the mouse and keyboard worked perfectly so I just rebooted without changing anything. But just a few minutes later the mouse and keyboard started acting up again. What was happening was beyond me so I called SPW for help.

A lady named Beth answered the called when I explained my situation; she passed me to an expert named Richie. Richie asked me to explain what happened again which I dead. He told me to try a few things like unplugging/replugging. He then gave me his work email and said we should monitor the items. The email exchanges and trial and error went on for a good 10 days until we finally identified the problem. All that is needed is a BIOS update.

Salute to Richie for sticking with me for 10 days and remaining patient until my issue was resolved.

I don’t like combing through websites so I just gave them a call.

"I am new to this online shopping thing. I was just encouraged by my daughter to try it because she was concerned that I was still driving to and from the next town whenever I need to buy something that cannot be found in our small little town. Our TV monitor recently broke down so I decided to try the website she gave me http://serverpartswarehouse.com/. I checked the website and looked for their contact number immediately. I don’t like combing through websites so I just gave them a call.

Took a few tries but when I finally connected, a cheerful lady whose name I’ve unfortunately already forgotten answered and asked me what she could do for me. I told her what I need she asked if I have any particular brand or item in mind. I said not really and she gave me a few recommendations. She gave the advantages and advantages of each of her recommendations. She also told me about two promos I can take advantage of. I placed the order and ended the call. I was quite pleased with the experience.

The product arrived 2 days later and it was exactly what I hoped for. Looks like I just found a company I could trust.
