Selectabed addressed all the issues I have with my current bed on their website. I feel sure my new bed will be the improvement I am looking for.
Customer Service cannot be beat. I have never experienced such knowledgeable sales people. They are NOT PUSHY. They are simply informative. I spoke at great length with Alec and Brian. I worked with Max C., who was extremely professional and got straight to the point. Not only did he not try to upsell me on anything (even though I did order an upgrade, which I knew ahead of time I wanted), he was able to provide all his available options for their adjustable bases, and was even able to confirm my preferred choice from another manufacturer was compatible with with their Air-Pedic 850. This is the kind of service and communication more sales folks could learn from. By not trying to over-sell the superiority of their product compared to the competition, we were able to focus on the only important differences to me, while reinforcing my overall research and choices of both mattresses and bases.
