"After multiple phone calls with Brian who was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattress and how they compared to our current sleep number bed( which is about 7 yrs old and are having problems with now). We decided to purchase the 1100 model to replace our current sleep number bed with one that we feel is of better quality and a substantial savings. "We’ve bought 2 beds in the past 7 years from Relief Mart. Both are holding up as if we just bought them. Visitors who stay love them as well. The price is also amazing, considering what Tempurpedic costs (which we both had an allergic reaction to). No smell.. no airing out.. better comfort. The customer service is outstanding and thorough. "We had recently purchased new bedroom furniture and a new conventional mattress. Unfortunately the new mattress did not work for me and caused lots of back pain. My chiropractor suggested we get a Sleep Number bed because it is adjustable and he has had one for years, and loves his.
We spent quite a few nights trying different models of beds at the Sleep Number store and learned as much as we could about their beds. The more I learned, the less I liked what I found. I decided to research adjustable air beds and Air-Pedic kept showing up at the top of the reviews, but I was a bit nervous because they were factory direct only.
I can be a challenging customer and I want to understand what I am buying. I spent a lot of time on the phone and with emails with Aaron asking tons of questions before I felt comfortable buying anything. Today I called in and spoke to Gerald who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The amount of patience and high level of responsiveness I received from both Aaron and Gerald was above and beyond anything I expected. Never any pressure.
We ordered a new Air-Pedic 800 today and I am very excited to get it in. I need a good nights sleep."

Additionally, we were doing all of this during the holiday season from the east coast, so they were likely low on staff and our hours of being awake were not always aligned. "

Finally after doing some research we discovered select a bed and learned they have separate air bladders for each part of your body to align your spine while you sleep. We talked to the nicest salesperson today, Audrey, and she thoroughly went over all the benefits of their beds compared to the competition’s.
