"Ordered a case from them. Case arrived and was total junk. Customer Service was horrible. Bottom line, I have a case that is useless, they have my money, and they aren't givng it back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you enjoy throwing your money away."

"I purchased 2 cases and holsters at the beginning of March. The holsters are great, but the cases are JUNK, so I returned them (after finding a different case that fit the holster and was MUCH better quality.) I got my RMA #, mailed the cases back at my expense, and waited for a refund to show up on my credit card. The cases were mailed on 3/16 and I still haven't heard a peep from them. I followed up on 3/29, never heard back, and then sent them an email on 4/1 stating that if I didn't hear back by the end of the day I would dispute the charge with my credit card company.

As of today, 4/5, I still haven't heard a peep from Seidio and have filed the dispute. All I can say is that their customer service is HORRIBLE and I will never purchase from them again.

"Seidio was the first to have the accessories I needed for my Droid X!

There was a small problem with the xtra life battery I ordered (that fits in the same space as the OEM battery, by the way) but they made it right in no time flat!

"Purchased a Seidio Innocase Rugged Holster Combo for Motorola Droid X from Droid Forums Store which is great to deal with. The other day the clip on the back of the case broke and when I talked to customer service I was told to call Seidio which I did and they said I would have to first send the broken part back to them then would have to wait 1-2 weeks for the replacement. What terrible customer service. I rather find another case for my Droid X then to jump through hoops for these people. "

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Please read these reviews BEFORE you order from them not after as I did. Seidio makes decent products but do not deal with them direct. If you must purchase from them you had better order NOW for Christmas and I wish you luck on getting it on time. I live here in Houston and could have walked over and picked it up by now. I purchased Seidio's extended battery from igonemobile with NO problems. Life is just too short to deal with Seidio directly."

"I would never buy Seidio products again after my last bad experience with their product and their sorry excuse for "customer service".
I bought a protective case and the thin band protecting the top of the phone broke shortly after. It is appalling that a company who charges almost $30 for a flimsy piece of composite material that costs almost nothing to make refused to replace or make *any* concessions whein their product breaks after normal wear and tear in a reasonable amount of time. ... It is almost comical (I say 'almost' because it is rather insulting) that instead I was advised to go to their website and purchase a new one from them.

"I ordered an Innocase II for my Evo 4g because it looked to be the best case on the market at the moment. My first case was really squeaky and fit really loose on my phone. I got a replacement and it had the same problem. I asked for a refund and I have to return 2 defective cases at my cost and will be out this shipping to and from me for an item that everyone is having problems with. I even asked for another replacement because I dont feel I should have to pay to ship it back and it was denied. I was planning on buying an extended battery and the dock for my phone but that was the first and last purchase I will make from Seidio. I was going to recommend a case to my mom and girlfriend but I this will not be the one.
Edit: I was promised a full refund including shipping because I had gotten 3 bad cases. They then refused and it resulted in a BBB complaint that they did not take seriously. So in all I am out 15$ after being sent 3 defective cases. Horrible company do not buy from these people.

"Seidio customer service is the worst I have seen in the 20 years of purchasing on the internet. The Motorola Droid case MPN: CSR2MTDD-BK
UPC: 898334023716 SKU: NUC08-0630 does not fit the Droid. The front does not go on and stay on.

I have called the reseller myGearStore and they said that the cases are defective and that I should contact Seidio for a replacement.

I called Seidio after the case would not fit and they said that I would have to submit a WRMA request on their website, I have done that 3 to 4 times and I keep getting rejected for some reason. Even after I try to call their office they keep saying that it has to be done through WRMA web link. Even after calling them 3x and sending 4 emails they still have not sent out a new Seidio Innocase Surface Hard Case for my Motorola Droid . I have sent another email to Lauren Bailey
Seidio, Inc. ****@**** T: ***-***-**** and haven’t gotten no response back yet, at this point I will call my credit card company and dispute the charges on this Seidio Innocase Surface Hard Case for my Motorola Droid.

Do not by their products, The customer service is the worst even when they know their Innocase Surface Hard Case for the Motorola Droid is defective and does not fit the Droid correctly.

"I purchase a Blackberry case in 2007 and the stitching fell apart. I emailed Seidio to RMA and all was going well till I found out they said they no longer carried the case. After some time we agreed on a verticle replacement. They were also giving me 8 dollars in credits. After a few monthes I went to use the credits and they had deleted my account from their site. They also do carry the case I wanted replaced. I have called and emailed Seidio customer service and they say they will check into my account, but never get back to me. They are useless. "

"I wrote a bad review about Seidio,Inc. It was error in shipping of items ordered. called Seikdio again and received my order in tact on 01/09/2009. everything there and working properly. i would order again from Seidio.next time with little more patience on my side and also make sure you get the right person in customer service, thst knows what they are talking about. helps greatly."

"I ordered a new stylus, screen protector and audio jack adapter for a Palm Centro. The order shipped the following day, and I received it 3 days later by USPS. All three items are of very good quality, and the shipping costs were very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Seidio again. "

"I was a bit worried about buying from this company because of previous reviews. But after my experience i see that they were wrong. I ordered my case and headphone jack on wednesday and it shipped by friday which is within their 2 business days. I then recieved it on monday which was a total of 3 business days since i ordered it. Both products work great and are of the best quality. Im very happy and will look to seidio again for my next cellphone product purchase."

"Seidio seem to be in business of charging credit card, not retailing - stay away. I wish I have read about experiences on this site before ordering from them.

I have ordered an audio adapter for my Blackberry and was charged $13.95, but have never received it. At first I called and wasted 35-40 minutes to get their promise to ship it "again", but nothing came. Second time the same waste of time and the same result. The third time I just asked to cancel my order and a credit, but got back only promises of "another attempt" to deliver. At this point I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

"Instead of shipping FedEx ground which is 1 day delivery to my location, they shipped Express Saver, which costs more and takes 3 days to deliver. The request to ship ground was provided at the time of the order.

In addition, the first case and holster purchased from Seido broke within 2 weeks and they were extremely unhelpful.

"Seidio has great products. From my experience, they're quality made as well. The only thing I have a scrap with them about it email. Any kind of direct response to questions from them would have been cool. That aside, despite the "Somewhat Satisfied" rating that my answered garnered via Reseller Ratings averaging system, I would recommend them. I've ordered from them in the past, and they're a good company."
