"Purchased a Fuji F10 waterproof case from them. They shipped it very quickly and I received it yesterday. Well packaged. There was no real invoice included, but a packing slip was in the box. Anyway, at checkout, they pretty much tell you to print out a copy of the web invoice, so if you don't, it's your own fault for not listening."

"Excellent!" price on Antec SLK3700-BQE ATX computer case (LOVE IT!), makes ordering problems worth it! Brand new, in perfect condition ( First time I have ever received a shipment from Fed-ex, that had outside damage to shipping box? Product appears to be ok?)!

Checkout showed S&H, but did not include S&H on final checkout invoice (bug)?
They emailed me promptly for S&H $authorization- shipped that same day!

I had to email them twice, for a corrected invoice copy. Terry & Cust svc. rep, were VERY NICE!

I would use them again!

"I was somewhat skeptical from ordering with these guys because of some reviews I had read, but overall they had a good rating and they had the best proce on what I was looking for and so I decided to give them a try. I am happy to report NO major problems. Their tech support / customer service wasn't always on top of things, but they got them right, and without too big a hassle. I would have no problem reccomending them to a friend or ordering from them again myself."

"Where to begin...
When it came time for me to order a particular part, a Hauppauge WinTV-PVR 500, it was currently out-of-stock at Newegg. I decided I would test the waters, and try another online vendor. I somehow managed to stumble on securemart.com, which offered a suprisingly competitive price to that of Newegg's, and it was currently instock.

A few minutes after "completing" my order, I checked my checking account information through my online banking service. I noticed that Securemart had charged my debit card, which I thought was a good sign considering my billing and shipping address are different, but I later learned that the transaction I saw wasn't actually a deduction.

I went to sleep that night thinking my order had gone through, but when I woke up the next morning I once again checked my online statement to find that the aforementioned transaction was gone. Following this, I became somewhat paranoid, and decided to cancel my order via the "Comment/Suggestion/Question" form that is on their site. A few minutes after submitting that, I just decided to call their customer support and handle it over the phone. The representative I spoke with, Jaz, was very courteous and I was thankful to actually talk to a person in such a timely fashion. I explained to him the scenario, and he explained to me that Securemart essentially makes "first contact" with your account, but the money isn't deducted from the account until you receive the product. That cleared it up for me, and I told him about the request for cancellation I had previously sent, and that I would like to have it ignored. "Don't worry, it's taken care of," he says. I called and spoke with him several more times throughout the day out of paranoia.

Later that evening, it's the 23rd (the day after the initial order), I received a response from my request form saying that my account was indeed cancelled. "Huh, how could that be? Jaz just told me earlier it was taken care of," this e-mail was from another customer support agent, Mohammed. Not 5 minutes later he sent me another e-mail telling me to disregard the cancellation confirmation, and that the order was still on. I asked him how he could be so sure, and he told me that he hadn't yet contacted his "cancellation team."

I had already lost hope on the status of my package.

That day, whe I had spoke with Jaz several times, he had told me that not only was my packaged not going to be cancelled, but that it had already been shipped on the 22nd! My initial order was processed and shipped on the same day, or so he says. He fed me a number of appeasing statements, and ultimately told me I would have a shipping number the night of the 23rd or the 24th. All the while, their site has the status as, "Order is being processed."

The 23rd comes to a close, and I have no idea if my order is shipped, cancelled, or "being processed."

I called back again on the 24th, but this time I spoke with Terry, who was the supervisor. I spoke with him and asked, "Why are your customer support agents telling me my package was shipped, yet they couldn't supply me with a tracking number?" He fumbled around and hesitated before he told me my shipment had been cancelled, and that they re-did the order. Terry absolutely assures me that my package was shipped from somewhere around the Dallas, TX area (I'm just north of Dallas), and that I would definitely recieve the tracking information that evening, or Monday evening at the very latest. He then tells me that he'll personally e-mail me the tracking number Monday morning.

I sit through the weekend, and sure enough Terry e-mailed me with the tracking number. Of course, it wasn't even FedEx, it was being shipped via UPS. I looked at the tracking information to see that the package was shipped on the 24th, and was already "On Truck for Delivery" by sometime early on Monday the 27th. A few minutes later, I received another e-mail from Mohammed with the tracking information as well.

I got the package sometime before noon, and was glad to finally have the ordeal come to a close.

Securemart apparently lacks the ability to communicate between their different employees on what would appear to be simple tasks, and distinguishing between FedEx and UPS isn't much of a challenge either. Their online order "information" is anything but, and the customer support is only looking to appease you instead of genuinely solving the problem.

"Extremely fast shipping, received my product the next day! Packaging was great and so were their email notifications with my tracking number. Very Professional. The only issue I noticed with Securemart is that there was no product information or very little description. I found them using Pricegrabber.com by my product name and part number. I was weary at first to place my order, but I figured I'd try anyway with their excellent ratings on Pricegrabber. Other than that, Great Experience. Would highly recommend!"

"I got what I paid for. The item in question (a ConnectPRO Master-it UR-14 USB KVM, which I highly recommend) arrived 3 days after I ordered it, which is a fantastic turn around time. Their total price (including s/h and tax) was also very good (not the lowest, but the lowest of anyone w/a halfway decent rating on this site who would allow for returns).

I'm upset w/the way it was packaged, however. Inside the box I received was some crumpled packing paper on top of the product's retail box. Nothing to absorb shock, and the amount of paper was about 1/3 what would be needed to come close to filling the void in the larger box, and there was nothing on the sides or bottom. Needless to say, it rattled a *lot*. Fortunately, this is an industrial grade product, and it was well packed in it's retail box, and it looks like FedEx treated it well, so it survived.

Additionally, their communication needs work. After I placed the order, the order status page said "Your order is in process" (or somesuch), and gave a timestamp indicating the status was last updated when I placed the order. That was on a Monday afternoon. I called Tuesday, and, after a long hold, finally got a CS rep who told me the product was in stock (which I was glad to hear, since their website said it was in stock when I ordered it). She told methat it should ship that afternoon, and I would get an email to that effect Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. I kept an eye on the order status page, and it never changed. Come Thursday afternoon, FedEx dropped off the box. Order status page still says the order is in process. Thursay evening, I get email from securemart saying that the product has shipped -- after that, order status page shows it shipped (it actually shipped early Wednesday morning, not Tuesday, but that didn't bother me).

"I ordered an Antec Phantom 350 fanless power supply on 5/4, and received on 5/5. Used standard shipping, although item shipped from Ft. Worth TX to Dallas TX.

Item was well packaged, in box about twice the size of the item box itself. Item was promptly shipped out the same day I purchased.

Price was lowest on the internet, with a decent pricegrabber merchant rating. Didn't realize their rating here wasn't so good.

I am very satisfied with this transaction, and it couldn't have gotten here faster.

"SecureMart called FedEx to cancel delivery of product to me for no reason, insisted that I pay S&H and restocking fee even though they canceled it.

I placed an order on a Friday for a Wireless Bridge. I then called Monday to check the status. I was told it was backordered, so I requested cancelation. I was told the cancelation would be a full refund because it had not yet shipped. I then received a voicemail stating it wasn't backordered and would ship out anyway. I sent a return email stating this was fine, and that my only problem had been that it was backordered, and that I still wanted the product.

The company then called fedex and requested they not deliver the product to me (without notifying me). FedEx complied when it was out for delivery, I contacted FedEx and was told the company recalled the parcel. I attempted to get ahold of securemart but could not get anyone on the phone. I called the next business day and was told I would be charged a restocking fee and S&H despite the fact that I requested they NOT cancel after shipping (I still wanted the product!)

Because of THEIR mistake of still canceling the product I wanted and after I requested they not cancel it, they want me to pay. Not only that the lady I spoke with was not even apologetic about their error.

I have contacted my credit card company and am contesting the charge.

"Horrible store. They called to check my order and I asked why as I was a previous customer. The person calling said that on that basis they would have the order moved forward. Next day I called to see if it would get shipped, as status had not changed. They said that they needed to verify order, I told them they did that already and said they would move it on. The Rep said that They needed to anyway, I asked to speak with a manager and he said he was busy now and took my number. I tryed to ask him something else and he hung up on me. The manager called me back and said the reason was that the last order was canceled. I remember now, that this same thing happened last time and the necessisity of the part was time-sensitive. I told him what happened last time and he didnt seem to care, so I told him to cancel the order. He said OK and hung up on me... Seems to be a record of crappy service."

"I had never heard of Securemart.com, but they had the absolutely cheapest price on an Antec computer case that I had seen. The cost with shipping was just under $78, which was $10-20 cheaper than all the other vendors. So I was a bit suspicious wondering how they could offer it so cheaply, but decided to try them out since I could absorb the risk on just one item. I was delighted when the case actually arrived a couple days *ahead* of when they said it would come. I ordered other in stock computer parts from three other very reputable vendors that same hour, and Securemart.com beat the fastest of the others by a full day. And the case was perfect... new, undamaged, etc. So I highly recommend them if you find an item that is cheaper than other vendors."

"I ordered a green JoyBee 102R MP3 Player with 256MB flash memory on January 18th '05. Shipping costs and delivery was fine. However, I found that I didn't like the player and that it didn't suit my audio needs. So I decided to return it. I called Customer Service to get an RMA number to return the item. They said they would email me within 24 hours with my RMA number. 24 hours passed and no email. I called back the next day and told them my situation, an email was finally sent 45 minutes after my call with the RMA number. I shipped the item back AT MY EXPENSE (they won't pay for return shipping). I got a tracking number and insurance for the item. They received my shipment on January, 31st(a Monday). On their website, they say they will process your return within 5 days. 5 business days passed without any kind of correspondance. No email to say they received my shipment and are working on the refund. NOTHING. 10 business days (almost 2 weeks!) passed STILL NOTHING. I called them and they said it was processing that day and that I would receive an email within 24 hours. Sound familiar? Once again 24 hours passed and NO EMAIL! To this day, still no email. It took them 10 BUSINESS DAYS to process my refund! It took an additional 3 days for the refund to credit to my credit card. I also have to note that they CHARGE 15% restocking fee when you return items. So I paid for return shipping and the restocking fee. I LOST money on this deal. I won't shop there again."

"Last month I had this same experience as the other shopper below, they were $40 cheaper offered good shipping ($18.22 on a 19" LCD is great), but missed my original delivery date by 1 day (giving them the benefit of the doubt though that was still fast, they processed the order the same day placed)...I called and was told due to 'demand' their inventory online was out of sync, but it would be there the next day (it was)...I believe them as I know of two others that ordered this same deal...nice customer service people though and this monitor was not the last item from the group I ordered the same day to arrive....I wish other stores were as good.
