"Ordered 2 bar stools on april 21st 2010. never got shipping confirmation and its now may 11th, 3 weeks later. Called their number multiple times and no answer. "I placed an order on Feb. 2, 2010. I paid with PayPal. Did not received tracking number, so I email the company. 5 days went by and no response. I called on 2.12.2010 and no answer. I disputed the items with PayPal (I wanted to cancel and get a refund.) After I did, the company responded back with a tracking number. I just got my order today 2.16.2010.

"I needed an urgent delivery of a small Cisco product, around $195. The order take said that had it and took my money. I asked for Fedex P1 delivery the next day.

I received an e-mail the next morning saying that they were very sorry but they didn't have the product in stock. It screwed up the delivery to my customer. I had to go to the customer site twice. It cost me appointments and made me look bad to my customers.

I will never buy from this company again. What a jerk."

Another company didn't have as many in stock as I needed, so I decided to take a chance on Sector 29 - they showed the quantity I needed in stock. I ordered seven pieces, got an email within an hour confirming shipment, and had the items in my hands two days later. Couldn't really ask for more - I recommend this vendor."
