HOWEVER, price, shipping, charges were excellent and product (an eeePC) worked fine. The "deal" offset the opened box. Two pre-purchase emails (asking about "brand new" and "what's included") were never answered. Sector 29 appears to make it a point to not be reachable. Would hate to have to return something. I took a chance on Sector 29 because this motherboard is so new that either it was not in stock or not listed yet with every e-tailer that I normal do business with.
