New item..are salvage items!!

"Order the new item the Box was obviously damaged and opened previously. I noticed a sticker that had been covered, When I lift up the sticker it was marked as a salvage item from target. How could this company market something is new when it's obviously a damaged item, this company's a joke. Don't waste your time ordering from this company order from a reputable company."

Don't buy from them!!

"Well, I ordered a table saw and they gave me no batteries that where suppose to be included and no charger. On top of that my credit card was stolen and 3 to 4 charges where put in it a few days later.

I contacted them, and wanted them to send me the (2) 60 volt batteries and a charger that where not in the box. They replied by saying " to just return the items or we will give you $45". The total of the 2 batteries and charger are around $280.

False advertising

"I purchased a “new” pair of AirPods Pro, and they arrived with a scratched up case inside of a taped up unsealed box. The AirPods were registered to another person, so I had to work to unpair them before I could even use them. When I called customer service, they said I could return them if I wanted to, but no apology or explanation…"

Selling nonfunctional items is their game. SecondDUPEity should be their name

" this placed does not refurbish, instead they simply re- package nonfunctional items. I bought some sewn E high and headphones which were nonfunctional and dead on arrival. items like this are very easy to test so it is clear that not even the most basic perfunctory testing was done. this leaves you to do all the testing to find out that your hard earned money is wasted, as is your time. there are many reliable merchants, do not waste time with this outfit."

Just give it a try.

"I got a $1,899 Sony TV for $1100 and they have insanely good, instant customer service. Took a little over two weeks to get here, but when it did - absolutely pristine. I would definitely buy from here again no doubt."

Real customer

"I'm a real customer who took a risk with a 65" Sony TV. I took out the warranty just in case it was a bust, but it was perfect. Firstly customer service was excellent. Humans are at the other end of the emails you send, and if you're polite to them, they'll be polite to you. They are selling refurbished gear so there are bound to be mishaps, but they certainly made me feel like a valued customer.
My only issue is it took a while to get the TV (couple of weeks). That's more about their shipping company than them though I think. The actual TV is perfect. Works perfectly and looks perfect. It didn't come in the original packaging, but it was really professionally packaged. Main point is that everything was great for me and I got a crazy bargain.

Less than one star

"Opened a return case for a defective laptop thru ebay. They are very slow to act on return label. They claim to be manufacturer refurbished, when its nothing more than recycled junk. They take your money quick, but are very slow to act on refunds. Don't waste your time or money, like I did, shop elsewhere."

Refurbished Laptop Was Dead On Arrival From Secondipity

"I purchased a laptop that was supposedly professionally refurbished, upgraded and fully functional by Secondipity. Upon arrival the laptop was unable to load, it simply was dead on arrival and would not boot up. Unfortunately they didn't try to help resolve the problem, diagnose or offer a replacement. Simply return it and sorry for the inconvenience. "

Selling bad things

"Secondipity it`s selling refurbished Sony TV`s like piece of garbage, don`t buy from them, i buy a Sony X900E 75" 4K Ultra HD and I pay $1599, that`s only work for 45 days and then start shutdown for no reason, don`t buy a REFURBISHED from SECONDIPITY, they don`t care and selling piece of garbage, they posted on eBay ,Rukuten, neweeg, amazon and to many pages"

Horrible billing system and customer service

"Ordered a Sony 75" TV, arrived with a cracked screen after 2 weeks. Asked for a replacement, took another week and a half to send out another TV, but misfiled my return as a refund after already sending out the replacement. When I notified them of this error, they promptly canceled the replacement shipment (already on the way) without my consent when I asked them to fix their billing issue. When I complained, they asked me to reorder the TV (at the full price) which was not in their inventory anymore."

Excellent Customer Service

"I purchased a refurbished TV at a phenomenal price. Shipping was quick and the TV was in brand new condition. After using the TV for a few days I noticed a problem and contacted Serendipity customer service. Tangela in customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I can't say enough good about this company and what they went through for me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Great company! Great customer service!"

Definitely legit, high quality retailer

"I got a 75 inch refurbished Sony tv (last years model) at a spectacular price. They came through with all of their promises. They have a 90 day window where you can return the tv if it is defective, they will not repair it, so it would be a bother to ship it back. fortunately my TV worked perfectly so no problems. Would recommend."
