I wrestled with ordering such a big purchase online, and more with ordering a refurbished product, but I am sure happy that I did.
I placed my order in the evening and was contacted by phone within 15 minutes by them as they had a question. Wow, that's service!
My TV was shipped through a third party (it is 37"). That process went smoothly, I received an e-mail that they had picked it up. I received a phone call when it made it to my local warehouse, and they delivered it the very next day.
The unit is in perfect condition, works great, and I am very happy with it.
FYI: I also purchased a 5 year warranty as I have used the same warranty company for another electronic device purchased elsewhere and that repair was done quickly and painlessly.
