Bought e-tickets for 3 days at the French Open in March from seatsnet for my wifes 60th birthday. Once I bought the tickets, I booked airfare from the US and lodging in Paris. The tickets never showed up the week before as stated on their site and I started calling and emailing virtually everyday. I was not able to talk to anyone nor did they respond to any emails. On the night before the first tickets I finally was able to talk to an agent who assured me they would be transferred within the hour. The next morning, 2hrs before the matches, still no tickets. Was able to contact them again, and they said the tickets were in the process of transfer. 3 hours later, no tickets. No tickets for the next two days either. After I disputed the charges on the credit cards, I finally got an email from them on each of the three orders blaming the sellers and stating it was not their fault and they were sorry. This is not a "stubhub" type business where you know you have tickets once you buy them...

2/6/23 came still no tickets,endless phone calls an emails!
23:30 that night the 2tickets came etickets SEATED!
After all the worry an stress we went along to find these seats were in the worsed section of the stadium with worsed restricted view.
It took the full shine off something wed looked forward to for so long.
This company should be closed down just wish I'd of read "majority" of reviews before booking!

Ordered 4 tickets for Man Utd v Newcastle Carabao cup well in advance they said they would be posted for arrival on 24.02.2023 e-mailed them and tried ringing them always busy and no e-mail return and NO TICKETS £3200 DOWN AND STILL NO CONTACT WILL BE REPORTING THESE TO POLICE.
Worst site going, don't expect any contact from them or you're Tickets.
They have now asked trust pilot for more information, funny how they can respond to a negative response in less than 2 hours, but have had a week to respond to my request regarding delivery of tickets ?
Also in the terms it clearly says they will upgrade your tickets if the ones you ordered are not available if they have any on web site for sale, which has not happened, and are still selling tickets at inflated prices for this match but cant supply the ones which i bought on the 30.01.2023 , if you what letting down deal with Seatsnet ruined a weekend for the four of us."
