"Less than 24 hours after purchasing the seller canceled the ticket transfer. I was able to track down a live person to get help but was asked to download two apps in order to find out what I already knew which was that my tickets didn’t transfer. I still don’t have tickets. If they’d issue a refund I’d just buy through a different app. Prob won’t be using seat geek again if they’re contracting through a third party like AXS. Hoping this doesn’t make me miss the show altogether."

"I used seat geek due to an Advertisement but couldn’t use the $20 JACK code as I set up account prior to buying the tickets. On top of that, I thought the $40 ticket fee was for all tickets...not per ticket. Brutal fees! It was not until after I clicked the purchase button, that I was getting charged per ticket. I don’t plan on using the app again."
