"Seagate Hard drive was bought from CompUsa. It had 2 rebates: $50.00 and $10.00. Received $50.00, but $10.00 has been declined. Seagate customer representative checked my file and told that decline was incorrect, then promised to mail the rebate in 4-6 weeks. Exactly one month later I receive another decline.
Looks like Seagate is erroneous company. Be bee cautious when you see a good deal, but Seagate rebates are involved.

"I had to RMA an old 4.1 gig Seagate hard drive. Told'em it was broke and they just said sent it to us and we'll see what we can do. After they received and made sure it was dead they sent me out a new 20 gig drive via 2day express delivery. Very very nice customer service."
