LADRONES. Robado y engañado

"Pésima experiencia.
Primera vez que Intentaba comprar algo a través de scubastore, y me siento robado y engañado.
Compre un traje de neopreno para buceo en 2 piezas. En la descripción ponía claramente que el precio incluía manas oiezas e incluso en los comentarios de los usuarios alguien preguntaba precisamente eso, si el precio era por ambas partes y el experto decía que si.
Obviamente solo me llegó una de las partes y tras intentar contactar con ellos para 1000 veces por email lo único que recibía era respuestas Standard sobre devolución de producto. Incluso adjunte el pantallazo donde se demuestra que tengo razón y nada, sin respuesta.
No recomiendo comprar aquí, LADRONES

Stay away from Scubastore / DiveInn!

"Good people out there, stay away from this company. Their return procedure is below all criticism. I have an unsolved return (torch not working properly) since June 2019 (5 months!!). They are keeping both the torch and the money and not answering my attempts to contact them."

Fradulent company beware!!!

"I have ordered two diving masks and paid for it via a bank transfer (BIG mistake). They send a non existing track & trace and promised delivery within 10 days. Needless to say, I have never received the goods. All calls to customer service as well as emails and WhatsApp where answered in a fraudulent way. To date I have not received any goods nor my money back. BIG fraud ! Stay away !"

"I ordered a watch of 141 euros the 2nd of Dec , the estimated delivery was the 17th or 18th of december.
I got no email to say that the delivery is delayed.
This present was for christmas

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

"They take your money and you get nothing. Fortunately paid on my credit card so the money has been refunded. I have asked my credit card company to not allow payments to this company as so many people are having the same issue - money taken goods not received."

Fradulent company beware!!!

"Would give this company a 0 if possible as they have cheated me of my money. Very very bad service. The worst company by far and the first time I have had to write a bad review about a company. Ordered a dive mask and corrective lenses. 1 week before Dive Inn actually acknowledged my order and then apparently shipped the order a few days later on 21/06/18. I have still not received my order. It has been paid for. The tracking stops at "shipping is pre-advised" which means it was never shipped. Written to their support team several,times and get a stock message saying they are investigating..Have not received any update. and it is 2 months now. They have no intention of rectifying their error and basically defrauded me of over Eur80. DO NOT buy from these unscrupulous cheats."

Stay away from this shop

"I paid for my order back on the 2nd of October 2017, the store shipped the order to an incorrect address and therefore my order did not reach me but posted back to the store despite of a number of telephone calls and mail coresspondence I still (now its the 4th of November 2017) did not receive a refund nor any explanation from the store."

Worst customer service ever

"Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. If they send you the wrong item, good luck in trying to rectify it. They are unresponsive and their return "process" only results in a confirmation email that they will get to it. But, this has not happened after numerous efforts to contact them. "
