"first of all there is always Sales going, and Scan is such an amazing place to buy things weather its Audio Equipment or Pc's/Laptops, but me being silly I accidentally bought the wrong frequency RAM without realising I rang Customer Services First thing in the morning and was expecting to be on hold for a good 10-15 minutes but I actually got through to an agent withing 10-15 seconds (if not less) and I got the Item from my order Removed without any hassle and the Customer Service agent i spoke to was really nice and over all with the Online Store and Custom Service team I would give scan 10/10 I would 100% recommend them to anyone I even Recommend them to people in my Twitch chat looking to buy pc's or PC parts, Also they provide delivery to fit your schedule (including next day)"
"Having not built a pc for years. I only needed the final few parts to complete my build. I went online straight to the scan website. I spotted a unique case made by aerocool. Its only scan that sold it, so i made the purchase. I forgot to add another part when putting in the order for case. I called scan and my other order got added within a few mins. It was hassle free. The scan employee was polite. He understood everything i asked him. It was all done and dusted promptly. I have also used scan in the past with no issues. I have been in the shop when down south on holiday. The shop employee that dealt with me in person was also very polite and helpfull. I will be shopping with scan again. Thx scan."
"I bought some earphones for my wife some years ago from Scan and when I told my brother in law that I was going to need a new computer he recommended Scan as he said he always uses them and I have not been disappointed.The computer was the Scan Home H16i intel core i5 which is just for home use and I must say that I am extremely impressed with the computer and the price.
