"I had a bad experience with Save-on-Crafts.com. I was sent an item different to the one I purchased online. They refused to admit that I was sent an incorrect item....even though the item's description on the website and the tag on the actual item didn't match. Of course they didn't pay for the cost of shipping the item back to them.
Additionally, I ordered Silk Hydrangeas, but petals were falling off of them because they weren't packaged correctly. Six of the thirty flowers I ordered were tossed in a box with 6 rolls of tulle and a Pruner I ordered. Of course the rolls of tulle and the Pruner would reek havoc on silk flowers when the box is tossed around during shipping.

"They have two phone lines but all you will get is a message and they seldom return your calls but hey! Who does these days? They will hold a USPS money order 7 days but they state that. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they would take another form of payment other than a credit card. It's seems to be a family oriented sort of business for lack of better words even though they claim to have 4 stores. It took longer than expected to receive my order and numerous emails, some answered after my order was shipped. To sum it all up looking back I would have bought it somewhere else but they were the only place I could find that had it and would do business other than credit cards.
