"I am very shocked to see the negative reviews. I have ordered from this site a few times (ranging from branches to crafting supplies and decorative items) and have never been misled or had any issues whatsoever with the orders. I have also found the customer service to be very helpful and am glad to always reach a live person without waits or problems. I have always received my orders on time and there is been good communications with emails in regards to order processing and shipping. Again, very surprised with the bad experiences on this review site as I have had nothing but positive and problem-free purchases in the past with this site. I just ordered from a couple of days ago and have already received shipping notifications."

"After having to return defective merchandise I was emailed saying that they needed my credit card number in order to process the return. I have called at least ten times, emailed at least five times and have yet to receive a response. This company is a joke - their website gives the illusion of a quality operation, however that is not the case. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!"

"On May 4, 2011. I ordered over $300 worth of products from this company, against my better judgement (since I had actually read the bad reviews about them) for my sister's wedding on June 5th. I immediately received an email from the company stating that I would receive a tracking number for my order within 3-5 business days and my credit card was charged the same day.

More than five business days later, I had not received a shipment notification from them. I called the company and emailed them only to be told that one of the items I had ordered could not be located and that is the reason my order was not shipped. I was assured that my shipment would be shipped right away. Well, more than 20 days later and several phone calls later, the order was not never shipped and my emails were never responded to!! I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. SO DISAPPOINTED (to say the least). :(

"I wouldn't suggest ordering from Save On Crafts to ANYONE. The products that are pictured online are not what you'll receive in the mail. After i discovered this and was extremely disappointed in all of the items I ordered ($150.00 worth of products), I tried contacting customer service to get this illusive number you have to get in order to return items. Both my fiance and I have called numerous times waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes each time only to receive the same response, "You should receive the number by email within 48 hours." We have yet to get any kind of email from them whatsoever. A week and a half later, we're still trying to return our products. You're really taking a leap of faith if you decide to use this website. Yes, it looks like they have great stuff for a fairly cheap price. In the end, IT IS NOT WORTH the hassle. So disappointed."

"I have purchased items for parties from them in the past. Customer service is questionable. March 7, 2011 I purchased a candle sconce. Have not recieved it yet (4/25/11) I emailed and phoned, no response. Are they still in business? I do like their variety of items for entertaining, scared to order again."

"I was very hesitent to order from Save-on-crafts after reading these reviews, however I had two great experiences recently. They carry products that are very hard to find and really do have some great prices. When I was able to chat with someone on their website, they were very helpful. Both orders were received within a week of ordering. The products were as described."

"I placed my order and got a confirmation e-mail that I would receive tracking information within 3 days, with a customer service number to call in the event that I didn't get that tracking information. I was busy, so I forgot about it for a few weeks before realizing that I hadn't heard back.

At that point, I tried contacting the company by e-mail. No response. I tried calling. Both numbers provided were constantly busy, over dozens of calls across several weeks. Finally, I filed a BBB complaint and started a dispute through Paypal.

I never got any response, of any kind, from the company. Thank God I paid through Paypal--after weeks with no response from the company I escalated my dispute to a claim, and two days later, Paypal refunded my money.

I feel like an idiot for not checking this company's reputation before I ordered. I don't know if they're an out-and-out scam or just have a very unrealistic representation of their inventory, but the nonfunctional phone lines lead me to believe that they know they're committing fraud on a constant basis.

"Web site looks good and makes all kinds of promises. They charge your credit card the moment you place an order, but I am now three weeks later and have no merchandise. I have called customer service three times and emailed once. After many busy signals and long waits on hold, I get a person who tells me my order will ship and I will get a tracking number by mail. Yet days go by and I get nothing. Today customer service actually told me to use the "live chat" on the web if I want more info. Do not use this site!"

"NEVER - EVER - ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. I wish I had found this review site before I ordered from Save-On-Crafts. My wedding is a week away and I still have not received my order I placed two weeks ago - and paid for expedited shipping to add insult to injury. I have called every day and I am told that everything is in stock and the cust. rep will personally walk over to Quality Assurance to find out what is going on and why it hasn't shipped yet. Yet nothing...today they claim they can't find the bin to complete the packing??$%&*%&*%. I guess I was lucky to even get through - the phone was busy most of the day. Weddings are stressful enough when things are going right - this does not help matters at all! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well."

"It's all true. They suck. Don't bother. The appealing prices don't matter: you'll either never get it, or you won't get it on time, or you'll be disappointed once you get it (I placed one order and all 3 of these things happended: yeah!!)"

"Save-On-Craft can only be described as a desperate vendor. After ordering on line on Saturday, I contacted them first thing on Monday morning to cancel the order but was told by Dave that I needed to call back an hour later. When I did I consistently got a busy signal. Lesson learned. I'll never order from them again and I am reporting them to PAYPAL and the Attorney General's office. "

"I ordered 24 21inch gerbera daisy flowers, 18 20inch glass white vases, and a 6 foot daisy garland from save-on-crafts.com. I got the order within two weeks. Everything was there, together, and nothing was broken! I was very happy with the website, ordering process, shipping and the price! I'm really surprised to see so many negative comments!"

"I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. I placed an order for a guest book for my upcoming wedding. There was a problem with the website and I was not charged for shipping. So I called the next day and autherized a charge for shipping. These charges went through and I recieved my book within a few days. Now TWO WEEKS later. I am charged a SECOND time for shipping. So I call and the girl denies that I was charged a second time. Then she says that the charge will be removed. Well the charge was never removed. I try to call and get a busy signal. So I talk to their online chat agent who is now denying that I was ever charged a second time. They told me in order for them to refund my second charge I have to FAX THEM A COPY OF MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT! This company is so shady and I am no scared that my credit card is going to be billed every two weeks for shipping until it's maxed out. The charge is being disputed through my credit card now. Thank God I have a card that takes security seriously.I am disapointed because I was going to buy alot of my wedding stuff through them. Now I am just hoping they don't sell off my credit card info."
