"Had an issues with the Sainsmart 3018 PROver Offline controller in that it wouldn't run gcode from Carveco Maker whereas using the laptop directly to the 3018 Prover controller worked fine.
Mira immediately shipped a new controller and all is well.

In a nutshell, bought the PROVerXL 4030 then upgraded with the 6060 expansion six months ago,
Just added the 5.5w fixed focus laser for the 6060, had some issues along the way ... emails to customer
support were always replied to (Taking into account different time zones) with assurance
that any issue would be resolved.
Sainsmart deserve all the credit they deserve, they not only provide great products but their after sales
care is excellent, you are dealt with professionally, courteously and in my case (As with many others)
issues were resolved quickly which makes ALL the difference!

"I bought a SainSmart as my first beginner cnc/engraver. When I first received it I was completely clueless on what I was doing. As I began the build I found SO many helpful videos and it basically walked me right through EVERYTHING! They made it so easy to get it up and going. After several uses I found myself already ready for an upgrade so I purchased another motor from sainsmart because I already loved their product. This time I had to contact customer service because I wasn't sure about what I needed to do for the upgrade. Customer service was awesome! They walked me through everything and did all troubleshooting with me to get it back to running. Not only do I highly recommend them for their product but their customer service is out of this world! "I had a problem with my 4030 CNC router, it would not run. I emailed SainSmart and we started a dialog. They requested pictures of my doing certain tests to try and determine where the problem was. After it was determined the problem was with the controller board a new one was shipped to me. After installing the spindle it was working correctly."

"I had a technical problem with my CNC 3040 controller after buying it used from ebay. Unfortunately the original buyer didn't have the "prove of buying" any more.
The support team was very helpfull and did a very good job in troubleshooting and isolating my problem. At the end they sended me a replacement controller board at no extra cost for me.

"Buying a CNC router i.e. online at a company on an other continent has some risks in it. Sainsmart fully understand those hesitations by having an extended website, tutorials, YouTube videos, a supportdesk for questions and there is a community.
My experiences sofar are very satisfactoring: correct delivery, well documented, good quality construction, etc.
My questions and technical problems got the full attention and quick response by email of the supportdesk. I am very glad that I can rely on them."
"Being the owner of 2 Sainsmart 4030 the whole process has been great , the first one ordered last year was dealt with great after I ordered the us version instead of the uk version , I contact the support team who dealt with it straight away and corrected the order and it arrived earlier than expected, over the year I’ve had a few issues with wearing away anti back lash nuts due to it working everyday for a year , again after contacting the support team they got the replacement parts to me in a few days , I purchased the 2nd machine 3 months ago and again both have been working away perfectly, I now have the extension kit for one of them which will turn one of them into a 6060 … my next purchase will be a laser for one of them and I will not go anywhere else for it as I’m confident the team at Sainsmart will deal with any issues or help I need …
