Found a E1200 I needed for a spare CPU for cheaper than most other sites, it was listed as OEM which would be a processor only with no cooler or retail box, but I received a retail boxed E1200 anyway from them. Shipping was a little slow but thats my fault for choosing cheap shipping, it completed and processed fast though. The CPU came packaged very well and worked perfectly straight from the box. Thats another e-tailer added to my thumbs up list."

"Worst online shopping experience I've had. They charged my credit card on the 5th and then informed me that it would take 8 to 10 days to deliver my order. On the eighth days after placing my order I got an e-mail saying the item I ordered was out of stock. It's obvious that this item was never in stock, despite being listed as so on their site: completely shoddy business practice. I placed two additional orders at newegg.com after this one and received both packages before being informed that SMK did not have this order in stock. Will never shop here again."

"HORRIBLE experience. Never buy from them. Ordered a motherboard 2 weeks ago and it wasn't until yesterday that they told me that they were out of stock through email. I have emailed them back with no response, I have tried to call them multiple times throughout the day only to get the same message. The item I ordered was an Asus P5k Deluxe Motherboard, everyday throughout the 2 weeks I checked and it said it was in stock. Instead of waiting these 2 weeks and wasting my time they could have told me this before. Anyway they sent me an email saying that my money would be refunded, which I still have not gotten. BEWARE if you buy from them it will be a horrible experience."

"Worst shopping experience of my life. I ordered a motherboard on SMK Superstore because Newegg.com had run out of stock (and told me this BEFORE i ordered it..). The price was a bit higher than on Newegg, and the estimated delivery was 8-10 days after i placed my order (versus Newegg's 4-5 days standard). On the 9th day after my order, SMK Superstore emailed me telling me that they had run out of stock with no ETA on a restock. Luckily by then Newegg had gotten a restock of the board and i just ordered it -- $15 cheaper than SMK Superstore with rush processing and an estimated delivery date of 2 days after my order."
