"I'm building a home theater and needed ceiling speakers plus some special accessories for them (construction kits) which weren't offered on the Gramothone website. I reached out via their contact form and they responded within the hour to set up a link for me to purchase everything I needed. I needed the construction kits immediately (my ceiling was being drywalled faster than expected), so they shipped the construction kits out first so I would have them faster, and sent the speakers a bit later when they received them.

"Mark took a great deal of time showing/paying music on several sets of bookshelf speakers and a at least 3 different systems for music streaming, including HiFi Rose products and Naim. He is quie knowlegable and quickly searches and finds answers to questions I posed, when he was unsure of the answer. I have to say that the ordering experience is a bit unusual and I'll need to read the 3rd-party extended warranty contract before proceeding much further as I only received generic information about their terms and not the specific warranty that I'm getting. I'm confident that when Mark is finished preparing the invoice, all that information will be made available."

"I tried calling because an order was placed through a hacking scheme. I tried canceling the order so the package wasn't delivered to the scammed and I could get my money back without having to wait for my bank to refund the money. But they could care less. It's weird that a company would care so little about loosing 700 dollars when my money is refunded and they will never get the Amp back from the scammer. "

"I still don't have a refund for the wrong item they sent to me almost three weeks ago. I called immediately to report this, but it took three days for me to get the one person who could address this issue. She issued a UPS pick-up as the boxes were too heavy for me to cart to the UPS (I don't have a car) and I was leaving town in a couple of days, so I had to leave the boxes in my building receiving room . I waited over a week to get a notification of the refund, but finally called again and found out the pick-up had never occurred. They told me the UPS guy would bring the label so I didn't have to print out and attach to the boxes, but the UPS arrived without labels, but was persuaded by my receiving room to take the boxes anyways. Now, there is no record of where the boxes are. Very stressful experience during the holiday season. "
