Explanation: inquiry regarding price protection policy was unanswered by first level escalation with promise to return call. However, days have passed. Issued is old in my my mind but same product, same price including free shipping offered by others. This was my second purchase. The bar was set high with first purchase ( Audioquest Rocket speaker cables). Hesitant to spend more with this company.
