"I ordered hand tools on Dec. 29. They were finally shipped on Jan. 9th. The invoice said all tools were shipped. Upon opening the packages 3 tools were missing. Looking at the packing slips in the individual boxes 2 of the tools had not even been shipped. The third tool was on a packing slip but was not in the box. I contacted the company by phone but, no response. I then emailed and Jeff replied saying the 2 tools were on backorder and the third he would speak with the warehouse. After a month and a half with no further shipments or contacts from S&J I placed the remaining order in dispute with the credit card company. On Feb. 28th received email stating that my final shipment of tools was coming. On March 4 received package, and it contained only 1 tool. I have since contacted S&J and asked for remaining balance returned to my credit card. I would not recommend this company."
