"I ordered custom cut window tint for my wife’s car. I didn’t feel like I could do the job so I returned it but only received credit. I purchased front window tint for my Ford edge and some razor knives, to use the credit. When I attempted to install the tint it was not cut to my window size. It was an inch too tall and an inch too wide. I understand I can tuck it down in the door but I would have to cut around the window. Why would I buy this product again if I can just buy a roll and cut it myself. I will not buy a product from this company again. The reason I gave it to stars is the shipping was OK"

Being thats what their customer service gave my order. showed up wrong, got double front window tint, but no windshield strip, Then the tint installation kit never showed up, being they shipped it Separate. 2 weeks now and they just tell me to contact ups after asking for my money back on installation kit when tracking says it hasnt even been picked up from Rvinyl. These guys are good at taking money and messing up orders"

"I purchased a bunch of pink vinyl to wrap my car. It said it was in stock. I received an email a week later saying it was out of stock and would not be delivered. Not sure why it said it was in stock when it wasn't. They tried to give me store credit even though there's no other pink vinyl in stock in their store except for the rvinyl brand vinyl. I did ask for a full refund and they gave it to me. The customer service representative was polite and accommodating overall. Regardless, it was a waste of time."
