When I contacted the company they said to bad and they don’t cover the product and would not issue a refund. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. "I am interested in wrapping my refrigerator in a gold colored vinyl. So I ordered the smallest quantity I could as 'samples'. Two of the items I ordered turned out to be white....no gold whatsoever despite the description reading: Pearlescent (Satin Gold), and Pearlescent (Gloss Gold). I thought they had made an error in shipping but they confirmed that the order was correct. It is their descriptions that are wrong. Regardless they refused to let me return the items for any kind of credit. Not the best customer service!!!"

"I ordered a windshield visor tint and it’s a universal fitting window tint. ALL the instructions say to separate a liner from the tint. I asked support about it and all they can say is that it’s on the side that goes on window. Ok…WHICH SIDE IS THAT ??? Both sides of the tint look the same so how can you tell ??? Apparently there is no answer to this question.
