"Received product (dash kit) and installed it in my car. The product could be more substantial, it's quality doesn't represent something that costs $120. To me, it feels cheap. Also, the pieces don't fully fit the area that I'm covering, they should have been cut in order to fit the panels better, I have obvious gaps although I tried to cover the panels as best I could. Overall, the product is okay, but I can't recommend it to anyone. "

"The tint came with a torn corner on one sheet. I didn't really care since it would be in an unseen area of the window and it was fairly small. However, The tint tore on the edges in several places as it was squeegeed into the seems. My wife and I run a sign shop and thought it would be easier to just order precut material and not invest in a whole roll and do any trimming. The application kit with the included squeegee is way too thick and caused a lot of the problems so we used a longer thinner one we had in the shop and it made applying so much easier around all the seams. Why isn't the kind of squeegee/applicator shown in the video the one that comes with the kit?
I assume it's a combination of user inexperience and the cheapest tint they sell for why the edges were tearing. Applying vinyl to glass/windows is nothing new for us but there was something of a learning curve when it came to Tucson windows I guess. If all else fails I will tear it all out and get something better, if at all. The 50% legal limit in our area demonstrated how tinting with that low of a shade is all labor with no real return on it. Oh well.
Regardless of these little things, I would consider Rvinyl next time there's a need for precut vinyl or applications we simply don't want to spend a ton of time on."
"i had looked at this product to keep the cost down. price 110.$ It took about 2 weeks i called and got tracking # . i had to Reschedule my Install. the color was the only thing that was good. and i even paid for th higher Quality product. the install went ok. they were concerned about the product beford the install. when i looked at the finished look, this just did not give me the look i expected. i was not happy with this product. so i decided to wait before giving a review. 1 month and most of the items were off by now the smaller item. so a this point there is 3 items remaining. i even took it back to the installers. but nothing could to save the item that came off. so this was not A good experience period. The areas that were installed were free of any oil and there was no problem with the areas to be installed. i can not recommend this product."

"HORRIBLE experience. BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a dash kit for my 2019 Lincoln MKZ. When it arrived I opened the package and unrolled the dash kit. To my astonishment, the edges of the vinyl pieces were rolling up and had virtually no adhesive on them at the edges of the rolled up pieces. I immediately contacted RVinyl and sent 3 pictures of the problem. I told them I would not attempt to install the kit because the vinyl pieces were obviously dried out. The response I received was "Kindly be advised that this is a custom made print for your specific order. It was not dry." The next message I received was "I have asked my supervisor to review, but unfortunately, we are not able to issue a replacement I'm sorry. I would suggest using a 3M Primer to bond the vinyl and surface."
Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. My next email said, "The product is defective! I would like to return for a full refund." What do you think the reply was. You guessed it. They will not accept a return for a refund. But I could return it for a store credit. Why in the world would any sane customer return a defective product to RVinyl for only a store credit? They sell garbage and don't accept responsibility for defective products. No way would I ever buy or recommend purchasing anything from these people. They are thieves. BUYER BEWARE!
