"I found the website difficult to navigate. I needed to login quite a number of times before I finally found the rug I wanted - and then couldn't find it again when I tried to order. I would recommend that anyone wishing to place an order should allocate dedicated time to find their way around the website. Eventually I did figure it out and placed my order.

I think the "problem" for me was the amazing selection of rugs in every imaginable category. I don't suppose there would be any way to simplify the process while providing access to such a huge variety of rugs.
