"I felt the website did an accurate job of depicting the colour, I especially appreciated the video and the "see in room" option. I have never ordered a carpet on line and was nervous but the carpet is very soft and was light in colour exactly what I needed to contrast my dark floors. When it arrived it had deep folds but you can get these out right away by putting a damp towel on the back and ironing. They said they would come out in a few weeks, but who wants to wait for that! I also purchased carpet underlay and Duct taped prieces together to make it 1/2 inch smaller than my rug, this made a huge difference, the carpet now feels lux!"
