"The runner arrived and is the color expected. Shipping wrapper and coverings for the ends of the roll are very good
The roll-up of the runner, however, is SO TIGHT that I had to "reverse" the roll to unbend the ends of the runner.
In another day or so I'll unroll the runner to see if it lays flat. The corners of both ends are a bit frayed (not well done)
and I'll attempt to bind them myself.
It'd be a good idea to NOT have stray strands of carpeting stuck to the ordered product, IMO."
"Rug was a muddy mess of drab colors. Did not resemble the photo at all. Now, try returning it. It comes in a plastic bag that must be cut to get the thing out. Now I need to find a way to get it back in the remains of the bag and seal it up...right. It took both of us to get rug at least started and we used some old heavy plastic trash bag to tape to the package. Can only hope the rug arrives sealed. Surely there is a better method for shipping? "
