Com decided to omit a line from the address, which i did not discover until i received the email confirmation the next day.. I told them the line had been omitted from the address, and was told they thought that did not belong there. I do not know how they decided this, but i was told if i wanted to change the address, there would be a $18.00 charge. I did not want to change the address, just wanted it printed like i gave it to them. My sister is dying, and i wanted her to have this as i cannot be there . I have ordered several times from Rugs. Com and have always been very happy. This is so disappointing . Now i don't know if she will get the rug. "

"Really enjoyed the large number of rug patterns in various sizes. Prices are really good. The website photo was pretty close to the actual rug I purchased. I did purchase a rug described as "blue", but I would have called it "gray". I thought perhaps the photo online was making the blue look gray, but in reality the online photo was true. Rugs.com may want to change the color to gray vs. blue. I like it anyway.
