"The rug is nice -- texture, etc. It was a completely different color than what I ordered. I ordered what was shown to be orange and gold tones; I got PINK and PURPLE. The rug itself is really nice quality but to order something so large and you can't really see what you have until you unroll it and get it into place. It makes returning it a major ordeal. I would not order from them again."

"This was my second purchase from RugStudio. What I've found is the online photos may not be anywhere close to the rug you think you are buying. My first rug was much darker than anticipated based on the online photo (but I liked the rug). The second rug appeared gray online, but described as beige, with gray, green, etc? So is a picture worth more than a one-line description? When the rug arrived it was light beige? The rug is okay, I didn't feel like re-packaging and shipping back a 75 lb rug, so it is still here. The lesson for me is call, talk to someone, get an actual photo (not the stock photo) or more extensive description of the rug before buying. In the end, not sure if I will use RugStudio again."

"A nice weight fiber surface, not overly thick (thick enough to feel plush, especially with a thin pad) rug. The rug lies flat and relatively close to the floor, reducing the potential for tripping. I was looking for an easy clean rug (this one HOSES off) that looked like a REAL RUG. This one delivers . . . completely. Nice colors, great pattern, fits in well with a variety of decor styles (as do most oriental rugs). Light in weight, but with a rubber pad, it stays just where I put it. I am getting older. Rugs which are too thick lead to trips, but I need rugs by my doors to catch the Florida grit before it destroys my hardwood floors. I figure I will hose them down when they need cleaning and sling them over some of my clothes drying racks with a fan underneath to drip dry. Don't know why it is so hard to find hoseable indoor rugs -- definitely improves the situation for allergy sufferers who like a little "cush" under the feet. Finally. A rug I KNOW I can keep clean. And both of them look great!"
