"I purchased a rug from them, received with frayed edges, all around the rug, even though this was a tightly knit rug. Two days after putting on floor I vacuumed ONCE with home vaccum and rug destroyed!!. The frayed edges pulled even looser. I immediately sent pictures. Spent $500 and used rug for 2 days. Rug Studio refused any assistance. Stated my fault for vacuuming. REALLY?? I would not personally recommend this company to my worst enemy. They just want my money with no concern of the product!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would as they do not even deserve 1 star.

I followed their instructions for return and was initially told the manufacturer would not replace the rug. Brittany, Rug Studio Customer Service Team Leader, reviewed my request and agreed to credit me for the rug. I really appreciate her willingness to work with me on this and I'm very happy with the results."
"I recently purchased a rug from this website after chatting yesterday online and getting an extra promo code. I got paid today and pulled the trigger on ordering it. After I received a confirmation email and the total amount was deducted from my account I received several other emails stating the price was advertised wrong on the website and somehow that's my fault and that I owe more money in order to get the rug I ordered. I've spoken to several people in customer service and they told me they didn't know their bosses name?! Or who someone above them was in order for me to go up the chain in command. This is kind of scary and makes me think this website is a scam. I'm considering contacting better business bureau to file a complaint on this situation. I did contact my bank and they assured me they would block any further transactions from this company. I did formally request them to cancel my order and get a refund and have yet to see it returned to my account. The website did say it could take 2-3 days for a refund. I will continue to watch this situation."
