"This web site does not operate smoothly. Requires multiple tries to enter the order. I’ve used this company several times and it is always the same thing. Wouldn’t accept my American Express Card - kept rejecting saying missing data. As soon as I switched to a Visa the payment went right through. Again I’ve used this site several times and it is always the same thing. If the product wasn’t so good, I wouldn’t bother with them."

I was sent an email to continue my shopping and checkout so that I didn't have to start over since I didn't have an account and things were in the cart that I needed to decide on at a later time.
