"worst customer service ever- and they lied to me on the phone about shipping! Fed-X ground is having major shipping issues in our area. When I notified them they did not care-- first they claimed it was already picked up and there was nothing they could do about it, then when I told them fed-x showed it was not yet picked up, they changed their story and said if I wanted an alternate carrier I would have to pay more! When I warned them we would reject the shipment if it did not arrive in a timely manner or if any damages occurred, we were then told we'd be responsible for return shipping charges (even if the shipment is damaged!)"
"We ordered 11 rolls of rubber flooring. When the shipment arrived at our house one roll was gouged on both ends. This damage clearly occurred prior to shipping as it was subsequently wrapped in plastic for shipping. Outside plastic was undamaged. Damaged product would seem to be from a fork lift lifting on wrong side.
Our real problem is that we can't seem to get anyone to respond. Our emails go unanswered and our phone calls result in a rep sending more emails that go unanswered. Apparently customer experience is low on their priority list. Don't use these guys."
