"Ugh. I ordered a set of Kinyo 720 speakers on a sunday evening. They stayed in the "PrintPrep" stage on order tracking until Friday. I emailed them to find out what was going on. I got a call back from a very foreign lady whom I could barely understand telling me that they were on backorder. Great, you could've told me that either on the website or when I placed my order. There was no need to wait 5 business days for ME to contact YOU. She offered to "upgrade" me to Kinyo 680 speakers, which were in stock, for the same price. Well, on the site they sold for the same price, so it wasn't much of a bargain, but they looked close to identicle, so I okayed the switch on Friday around noon. Later that day, the order had changed on the site to the 680s. On Tuesday afternoon, my order was STILL in the "PrintPrep" stage. I sent them an email asking them what was going on, and to cancel my order if they couldn't ship it tomorrow. On wednesday morning, I got a reply in rather garbled English from the same lady I spoke to over the phone. It said something about "people stealing orders from our warehouses" and went on to say that - OOPS - the 680s were ALSO on backorder. She cancelled my order, and I can only hope they won't charge me.

I would not recommend them and will never shop there again. I'm starting to doubt whether or not they actually have any inventory. Screw this, I'm going to newegg.

"I purchased an ECS K7S5A mobo, with Athlon XP 1800+(1.53) and Volcano 6cu+ hsf. Got it early.(Live on east coast too.) Installed it with no problems. Would do business again."

"I was considering making a purchase here, but fortunately I read through their return policy beforehand, 7 days from the invoice date is not even reasonable. Now, after reading the last 2 reviews I would skip this vendor at all cost."

"I purchased a Soyo Dragon Plus! motherboard combo, which included the board, and Athlon XP 1800+ and ThermalTake Volcano 7.

The board seemed to be extremely buggy.

Tried a new component but the board, and it was still buggy .. thus leaving the board as the culpret (this includes power supply, case, cpu, ram, graphic card).

They told me I could not return it, even after I did a legitimate RMA only a week after recieving the board. I guess the 10 days spent in transit counted against me on their 14 day exchange policy.

I would not reccomend this company to anyone wishing to purchase a motherboard combo.

"Looks like I'm the first to rate this company. I have placed two orders with them. The first shipped OK and I ordered essetially the same thing the second time around (Enlight P4 power supplies). I placed the order on a Friday and checked on it's progress the following Monday.

I was put on hold and forgotten, told to call back later during a second try and finally connected with someone who knew what my order was. "We've only got four of those power supplies" he said. "Ship out those four second-day air" I replied, "I have to have them by Wednesday". "No, I can't do that I think UPS is in our warehouse right now" was his reply. "Send them tommorrow next-day air and I'll split the difference" I said. "No, I don't think I can meet your needs.

A very true statement. My litmus test for any vendor is how they'll perform for you in a crisis. Royal Computer failed that test...

"So far so good. I was wary making my purchase from this company due to some of the older postings, but went ahead and rolled the dice because the price was right.

I telecommute to a business across the State and so the billing address for my order and the shipping address were different. This was a non-issue with goRoyal/Miradex. We just got in contact by phone and faxed them authorization from the home office. The order didn't seem to lose any time being shipped because of this. Submitted the order after hours on a Saturday. Communicated and faxed authorization on Monday. Order was shipped Thursday. It was a mobo/CPU/RAM combo that I requested they assemble and test. That kind of shipping delay doesn't seem out of line to me.

Will update when the product gets to me next week. I just had it shipped UPS ground, so it's going to take a long time to make its way across the country.

"Once in awhile a company comes along that I feel stands above all the rest.
In my opinion, that company is this one.
Not only did I receive a very fair
price and great service, shipping and all the rest back when i purchased my motherboard combo from them, but the real test I think comes in when a problem just recently developed with it.
I phoned them yesterday evening
and within 1 minute was put thru to their RMA dept. We discussed the problems I was having and he advised me that I'd be receiving an RMA email form from them.
Within one minute..that form was sent to me.
I completed it, sent it back last night and within 45 minutes of their opening today..I received not only an RMA approval via email sent back, but a phone call from them as well with instructions of how to proceed. The gentleman that called me was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though I felt it was the CPU that had gone bad in it..he suggested I send everything back and said they would test it all for me and replace what needed to be replaced.

I have sent several friends and business associates to them who all received outstanding value and service, and this situation only reinforces in my mind that this is
the place to do business with.

Great job Royal. You deserve to be
the leader in your field with this kind of service.
