"I've been using Royalmailers for 5 years for my Jewelry company. We buy bubble bags and bubble mailers in different sizes. These are the best quality I've found and could not be happier! I noticed during COVID lots of items were out of stock which is understandable "
"We do mailings of small promotional products and find that while the price is good the quality is mixed. I would estimate that 75 % of the envelopes are fine but the remaining 25% are often glued wrong so that the usable interior space is very tight. While they can mostly all be used it makes fitting a card and product difficult and time consuming. When you are doing hundreds or thousands its really a big time waste. The 75% that are good work perfectly. We use Royal Mailers products far less than the because of this."
"They sent out 2000 of the wrong envelopes, they knew they sent out the wrong envelopes per Tom in customer service but did it any way. They literally tore the labels off the boxes to hide their mistake. When we told them they were wrong, that what was sent was clearly not what we ordered and that we don't want them they are trying to make us pay to have them shipped back and to pay a restocking fee. We have been doing business with these people since 2018. Way to treat a loyal customer."
"These envelopes used to be fine for packing books, I depended on them for years. But the last few orders have all been screwy -- size 1 bubble mailers noticeably smaller than before, rips in many of the size #2s, and black magic marker all over some mailers (ok, then). When I have complained, they literally never answer. "
"worst customer service!!! emailing us a week later to say that you don't have the inventory to fulfill the order? "
"once upon time i order the padded mailers quality of product was very pathetic and bad i will not recommend to anyone to shop anything from here."
"Their Bubble mailer envelopes, marketed as providing "maximum protection," actually easily tear in transit, and when I pointed this out and asked about a refund and return, I was told I had to pay return shipping and/or a restocking fee of $10. Uncaring business practices, defective product not anywhere close to meeting its claim of maximum protection. This experience coming after having experienced shipping thousands of packages never torn open in transit—now, with this product, within about twelve shipments one is torn so badly the item was not in the envelope when delivered."
"I've been ordering mailers from this company for a few months now. I could not be more impressed! I just placed another order and an hour later it already shipped! They have the best prices by far and instead of ordering from the company on Amazon, I went straight to their website. Only because Amazon charges 15% so I thought I'd help them out and save them some extra $$$ :) "
"Bought from these guys on Amazon. They stated on the item description that they would provide a free overnight shipping upgrade to anyone in CA or NV. I happen to be in CA, so I was like GREAT!
I needed the item by the end of that week, so I thought it would work out.
Instead, they printed the shipping but never gave the item to OnTrac. It's been a week and a half, and no package.
I emailed RoyalMailers twice and called them once, and NO RESPONSE to any of my attempts to contact them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, unless you enjoy having your time wasted, money held onto for weeks, and ignored. I'll be filing for an A-to-Z claim to get my money back from Amazon."
"They sent me something other than what was quoted on the website & then I HAD TO PAY to send it back + a restocking fee! Cheap, thin bubble mailers!
In addition to their restocking fee, their return policy only allows 7 days for returns. That's the most inconsiderate return policy I've heard of online!
There are much better quality suppliers of bubble mailers out there- I'll be going with one of them next time!"
"Arrogant, cheap and unprofessional. While discussing an issue that I was unhappy with, another employee who was helping the person I spoke with (Tom) was also listening in on the conversation and laughing derisively during the discussion- no mistaking that kind of laugh- unbelievably unprofessional. Never again."
"Purchased a Digiweigh scale from RoyalMailers. It did not work with a Win7 64bit computer, proven to Tom at RoyalMailers by Endicia and Digiweigh....
returned scale which they received on Jan 27 (USPS confirmation). Called and get the run around and NO REFUND of $49.99.
In my book this is THEFT. They have the scale AND my MONEY, no different than some thief on the street that hicks your wallet. BUT on the Internet it's just a OOPS, I forgot etc. They run and hide.
A thief is a thief no matter where it happens.
DO NOT BUY FROM TOM (owner and thief.

"These guys are selling on ebay under a different name. Their contact info IF you have a problem is not up to date and is wrong. I purchased (or tried to) a postal scale on ebay and after not receiving it and not getting any responce I started to dig. I will try to contact them at their 888 number in the morning but not sure what to expect. Their online ebay auction states more than 10 scales available so I purchased one. I was the only one as it showed 1 sold after the transaction. 6 days later I get an email from royalmailers stating they have none in stock and I will get an imediate refund. 10 days later no refund and no contact. Their ebay name is (everything-free-after-rebate) stay away. I like the 888 number after hours also. It goes to a mobil phone voice mail. This is outright bad business. BBB here I come."
"I bought 100 piece of bubble padded mailer from this company and they only sent me 25 piece and never returns my e-mails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They may succeeded on sending you the right product sometimes, but once they messed up, they will ignore you forever.
They think one bad review won't hurt their business but they will see.
Edit: They contacted me and told me there were some problems and explain why that happened. All I wanted to hear was explanation and they just did. I guess they are not totally ignoring customer satisfactions. If price matches, I will purchase from them again."
"Except for groceries, I buy almost everything online. Dealing with Royalmailers has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with an online merchant.
After my order came late, I refused UPS delivery and asked Royalmailers for a refund.
Because of restocking fees which are not clear from the company's site, it cost me more to return the order than it would have cost to keep it.
Can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm sticking with Staples and OfficeMax, both of whom have provided pretty flawless customer service."
