"This company was difficult to deal with. I placed an order and they used a really horrible delivery service. They did not use UPSPS, UPS or FedEX but rather some private company that made zero attempt to deliver the item. I had to place numerous phone calls to the delivery company to get the item and it was delayed by 2 days because of the incompetent delivery company.

I returned the item but RoyalMailers took an exorbitant restocking fee and I had to play to ship it back. Never again."
