"Horrible experience. After paying $800 for a Litter Robot, I started having issues rather quickly. For months I dealt with c/s troubleshooting issues. They did send replacement parts with instructions on how to repair myself. That is a disgusting and difficult process in itself, BUT then to have the issues continually return was worse. Finally they offered to repair at their facility, but I had to pay to ship it there and back. Then, thinking I finally had someone at robot-shop that was going to give actually good service, I was told that I wouldnt have to pay for shipping and they sent me a label. Now the litter robot is ready to come home - and I received a bill for shipping that I MUST pay in order to get the litter-robot back. At the end of months of frustration and troubleshooting and replacing parts myself and going without it for weeks while they repaired (hopefully, but will see if it actually fixes the issues) I have a cat that now has litter aversion. Today I am ripping up my new carpet and underpad. Save your money! The product itself isn't bad, BUT the service when you inevitably need it (you WILL need it), won't be of any help."

"Habe drei dieser Litter Robot 3 Katzenklos. Es vergeht keine Woche, in der nicht irgendein Problem mit diesen Dingern auftaucht. Ständig gibt es Fehlermeldungen. Ich habe bereits alle Teile ausgetauscht. Einen Reparaturservice in Deutschland gibt es nicht. Auch in der Garantiezeit muss man alles selbst reparieren.
Videoanleitungen gibt es genug, natürlich in englisch. Leider halten die Ersatzteile einen täglichen Betrieb nicht lange durch. Kundenservice gibt es ... in englisch. Das Ding steht einfach in der Ecke ... nur die Katzen kommen in die Nähe, also wo ist das Problem ? Meine Nerven liegen blank ... Natürlich ist die Garantie abgelaufen ... drei Wochen danach fingen die Probleme an. Für Überholte Geräte gibt es nur ein Jahr Garantie. Kulanz = Fehlanzeige ...
