Front derailleur is still having issues so I bought a new one to replace it and there is a clunking each pedal rotation. I only have around 200 miles on the bike. Besides what i have stated, its a pretty nice bike, light and runs pretty fast when working right. "

"Very prompt and hassle free service. Bike as advertised. Excellent price. Easily a couple hundred dollars less that comparable in local bike stores. Ordered on Sunday and got bike on Friday. Only issue is stock saddle. Not very comfortable for long rides. Am replacing with "after market" upgrade."

"My Bike came damaged as the fender was all bent up so I was a little disappointed. The company did make it right it took awhile for this to happen but all is good now. I was not able to get new fenders that would match so they sent me a basket for the front, a kickstand, a lock, and 2 tubes."

"I have low/moderate experience in on-line shopping, and this was my first time shopping this way for a bike. RBO offered me the best price I could find, with solid advice when discussed options on the phone, and shipped quicker than I expected. The only item I'm still unsure about is the "Pro-Build" service. I have yet to figure out whether imperfections in riding are result of either Pro-Build or manufacturer's settings. RBO will be my first choice in shopping for my next bike."
"Love the bike. The only thing was that there where no directions for putting the final pieces of the bike together. There was access to the web site, but I was outside and the computer chord isn't that long. But I figured it out and it rides great."
