Due to unforeseen demand, the Lightning Pack 4000N is on backorder until November 19. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. That was the first that I knew that the item was not in stock. It is now 8:40 PM on November 19. I have not received any e-mails from RipVan100 concerning my order. Do I seem impatient? You bet, since they charged my credit card for the purchase on the 16th even though the item was on back order.
UPDATE: I e-mailed RipVan100 on Nov. 20th at 7:15am & inquired about my order. Received a reply at 10:30am the same day stating that the items were due in the next day. Items were indeed shipped out the next day - November 21. Received the Items on November 23. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the Sanyo "Green" NiMH AA batteries and the Lightning Pack 4000N battery charger. As of today, December 6, 2002, all items have performed as advertised. I will not hesitate to return to RipVan100.com when the need arises for additional batteries & battery chargers."
