"I'd have to say I have been very pleased so far when dealing with Rima. I ordered their dvd-r sampler to help choose what media to buy and they had apparently changed the package to a cheaper price and stopped including one of the media types. I had emailed them about this and they informed me of the change and even offered to send a copy of that media free of charge. Just ordered a 50 pack of optodiscs and they came today. They have been quick to respond to emails and send out tracking info very quickly. My only complaint has nothing to do with them, but the fact they are on the West Coast and I am on the East so it takes a week via ups ground =[ Still will order again, no doubt."

Apparently, Ritek sent Rima.com a LARGE ammount of bad Ritek G03 media. This means that 10's of 1000's of DVD-R media went out from Rima in the last week that doesn't work. Because of this, I guess we will see how good Rima really is as these days it's the ease of the RETURN that makes a online seller shine.
