"I had spent years wanting a tele guitar, but not necessarily a Fender.
Someone mentioned Chapman as an option, however living in Phoenix, nobody carried them in stock for me to get a hands on experience with them.
The staff at Riff City not only answered my questions, but gave me the chance to actually select the guitar I wanted out of several they had just received in stock.
It arrived set up and in tune, well packaged for shipping, and was a beautiful instrument.
I spent an hour or so fine tuning it for my preferences, and couldn’t help falling in love with it.
And none of this would have been possible without a staff that wanted me to be as happy with my purchase as I wanted to be.

"I received my guitar from Riff city in about a week (1/19), I immediately plugged it in to popping noises and faulty electronics. Inside the box was a certificate that stated it had been checked over, but back in September, the guitar was not packed well and my guess is no one checked it over before it shipped. Riff city responded promptly by offering a return and full refund since they did not have a replacement for the "Premium pre-owned" I gave them the opportunity to keep my business and asked if they would offer a discount on a new instrument but they declined. Doubtful I would purchase from them again."
