"The first shipment was damaged. Wine glasses are poorly packaged for shipping. We ordered 48 wine glasses and 8 were broken due to box not being labeled fragile. We had to ship back entire package. They could not reship until they received refused merchandise. We called company and told them that we needed them for a specific date. They did not even offer to express ship items after they were notified of their mistake. We needed glasses for the 30th of April and we received glasses on the 3rd of May.

BUT the ordering process did not clearly state that the FEDEX shipment would require a person present to sign for the item. I had to go to FEDEX to pickup the item. Had I known/realized their shipping policy required a live signature I would have shipped the item to another address.
