"Restaurant Source has a really easy to navigate webpage. I am an Artist - not a "tech" person so I stayed on the page instead of clicking off to find a more user friendly option.

It was easy to compare the wineglasses I was interested in and decide which would work better. I cut them, etch them and bond glass sculpture into the stems - so it is really important to get the correct style!

Pricing is acceptable - but the shipping was a bit high. Glass is heavy.

"I think Restaurant Source did a good job in handling the confusion on my recent order. Here are some areas that I think they could have handled our order better.

1. I left a message on their customer service line at the beginning of the business day on Thursday, May 19 and did not hear anything back from the company unil 5:00pm.

2. On the following Friday I called and did get our representative and he did start working on the Shipping company problem but it would have been good to have communication with him at the end of the day to see how the lost ice maching was being tracked.

3. On Monday I called again because I had a bill for the ice machine and no knowledge of where the ice machine was. At this point the communication improved.

Over all I am happy that they were honest and I understand that difficulities arise. I hope that they never deal with that shipping company again.
