"found vitamix container on restauranttory.com. Was happy to see an icon states "click for special pricing". Clicked and got blank page. Called customer service to find out more, they didn't know the problem. I was put on hold for over 7 min only to find out there is no special pricing. The customer service doesn't know why it doesn't work or why it was there. I asked for to waive the $7.99 shipping and was declined. Since I was already on the website I just placed the order. But if I have more time I would choose another retailer.
