"My Husband has had Sleep Apnoea for eighteen years and has never been able to use his machine. Therefore, his health has been failing over that period of time. Twenty two months ago, I purchased from your Company, an ICON Auto CPAP Machine, with Built In Heated Humidifier and SensAwake.
The little ICON has improved his quality of life in many ways. He has been discharged from the Renal Clinic and they have stated, once you're registered, you're in for life. He has been discharged from the Diabetes Clinic, lost 13 kilos of weight and has gone from 24 tablets a day to 7 a day. All blood readings have improved, which have given him a better quality of life and is now working again.
The cost of the machine was 5 times less than here in Australia and without that saving, the little ICON could not have been purchased and his health would have been so much worse now. The shipping of the order was great, arrived in 5 day and the Respshop team was very helpful.
So a big thank you from the Wife that can now sleep at night, due to the little ICON. "

"Customer service is very good. People are kind and they help in every way. I do have a question on my machine. Its a by pap advance. The filters foam keep falling out, so this means that I get to much moisture and then this wakes me up. Needs to have something to hold filters in better."
