"I received an item that I believed was the wrong size - it was marked differently than the one it was replacing. The manufacturer had decided to re-label "Medium" to "Standard". This was NOT Respshop's mistake, but they agreed to let me return it anyway if it didn't fit, for a small fee, even though their normal policy was that the item wasn't returnable.
