"I am very dissatisfied with the sales technique used to get me to purchase your service--in every way it was like the strong-arm techniques emplpyed by used car salesmen. I did not then, nor do I now, feel the need for such a product for a vritually brand new PC. Given the sales technique and the fact that I have not used the product I would, thereofre, like a full refund."
